Administration Building & Warehouse Renovation

Smart Construction Group renovated the administration building and warehouse for White Tissues, an FMCG manufacturer, working in joint venture with Target Construction under consultant MEG. The scope covered renovation works, industrial flooring, finishes and MEP systems across both the office and storage environments.

Renovating an occupied FMCG facility means working around a business that has to keep operating. Production schedules, material movement and staff circulation all continue while the works proceed, so sequencing and site control matter as much as the construction itself. SCG phased the programme to protect operational continuity, upgrading floors, finishes and building services to a current standard without forcing the client into extended downtime — an approach that has made renovation and industrial upgrades one of our most requested capabilities.
