Smart Construction Group constructed the firefighting water storage tank for Venus under consultant Mass M, covering earth works, masonry, concrete works, insulation, mechanical installation and full water testing.
A firefighting tank is life-safety infrastructure, and its value is measured entirely by whether it holds and delivers water when it is needed. Watertightness is therefore proven rather than assumed: the structure was tested and the mechanical connections to the plant's fire network commissioned before handover. SCG combined the civil and mechanical scopes in one team, so the concrete structure, penetrations and pipework were coordinated from the start rather than reconciled afterwards — the kind of integration that avoids leaks at exactly the joints that matter most.
