Smart Construction Group built the N90 mask production line for Mast Plast, a controlled-environment PPE manufacturing facility delivered under consultant Dr Hatem Fayed. The scope combined HVAC works, electrical installation, steel doors, hygienic ceilings and seamless epoxy self-levelling flooring into a single coordinated package.
Medical-device and PPE manufacturing is a regulated environment where the building itself is part of product quality. Air cleanliness, pressure relationships, washable surfaces and seamless floor-to-wall transitions all carry compliance weight, and every penetration through a hygienic ceiling has to be sealed and detailed correctly. SCG coordinated mechanical, electrical and finishing trades so the envelope stayed intact and the room performed as specified — the standard of execution Egypt's growing medical manufacturing sector depends on.
