Smart Construction Group delivered core and shell construction for two residential buildings within the Albroog compound, working under main contractor Innovo.
Core and shell is the structural foundation every subsequent trade depends on. Setting out, reinforced concrete quality, slab levels and vertical alignment determine what fit-out contractors inherit — errors at this stage multiply through every package that follows. SCG delivered the structures in compliance with the Egyptian Code and international specifications, coordinating with the main contractor's programme across both buildings.
