Smart Construction Group is delivering the new warehouse and factory for Agrumaria, a producer of juice concentrates, under consultant Mass M. The scope covers concrete works, masonry, metal works, epoxy painting and renovation.
Food and beverage production imposes hygiene requirements that shape the entire build. Surfaces must clean down without harbouring residue, floors and coatings have to withstand washdown regimes and product spillage, and the building fabric has to keep the production environment protected. Epoxy coatings, correctly specified and applied over properly prepared substrates, are what make that achievable in daily operation.
