Senior Civil Engineer with 6–9 years of experience in civil construction projects, responsible for supervising site activities and ensuring successful project execution.
We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and supervise civil works on construction projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and site teams, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and HSE requirements.
What you'll do
- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the approved schedule
- Ensure civil works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Inspect and approve completed works in coordination with the relevant teams
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction
- Prepare and review daily and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements
- Support the project team in achieving project objectives and deadlines
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 6–9 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Valid experience certificates documenting previous employment
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site activities
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience in coordinating with consultants and contractors
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to manage site activities and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of quality and HSE requirements
