Mechanical Construction Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in the execution and supervision of mechanical works on construction projects.
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Engineer to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical construction activities at site, ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and HSE requirements.
What you'll do
- Supervise and manage daily mechanical construction activities at site
- Ensure execution of mechanical works according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor the progress of mechanical works and ensure compliance with the project schedule
- Review mechanical drawings and coordinate site requirements
- Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction
- Coordinate material requirements with the technical office and procurement teams
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure proper execution of assigned works
- Prepare daily site reports and follow up on project progress
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety procedures
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical support when required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in mechanical construction and execution
- Strong experience in site supervision and mechanical installation activities
- Good knowledge of mechanical construction methods and practices
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications
- Experience in coordinating with consultants and subcontractors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Good knowledge of quality and HSE requirements
- Valid experience certificates documenting previous employment
