Civil Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to supervise and coordinate civil works on construction projects.
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our engineering team and support the execution and supervision of civil works at site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at site
- Monitor the execution of works according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Follow up on project progress and ensure compliance with the project schedule
- Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports
- Identify and resolve site technical issues in coordination with the project team
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety procedures
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site activities
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment
