CODE: 609 - Civil Project Manager
Civil Project Manager with a minimum of 20 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with strong expertise in project execution, planning, cost control, and team leadership.
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the overall execution of civil construction projects
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Supervise project teams, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required
- Review and approve technical and commercial project documents
- Manage project costs, resources, and procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and potential delays
- Prepare and review project progress reports and management updates
- Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders
- Ensure proper project documentation and handover upon completion
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, and project execution
- Strong experience in project scheduling, cost control, and resource management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Good knowledge of quality management and HSE requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant project management software
- Valid experience certificates documenting previous employment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities
